Offensive Player of the Week: Matt Komac, Montana Tech, 6-foot-4, 217 lbs, senior, quarterback from Helena, Mont. In Montana Tech's 38-24 win over Rocky Mountain College, Komac was 22 of 24 passing for 322 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed for 31 yards on eight carries. Other players nominated: Nathan Barnett of Rocky Mountain, Derek Lear of Montana State-Northern, Corey Peterson of Carroll College and Kevin Sampson of Eastern Oregon.

The win over Rocky Mountain was impressive, Komac really deserved the recognition for getting the offense firing on all cylinders! Here's to hoping he can win a few more of these during the season.
