Jessica Mazzone is a Junior in the Professional and Technical Communications department. Jessica really “got into it” here at Montana Tech, getting involved with many things her freshman year. First, she got involved with the Montana Tech band. She played in band in high school and wanted to continue playing the clarinet, something to give her a break from the rest of school. Jessica was never involved with cheerleading in high school, but thought of it as something new to try. She tried out for cheerleading and is now in her third year on the squad.
Jessica also works two jobs at Tech, one for the Enrollment Processing office and the other for the Technocrat. She has been working for enrollment processing doing office work and campus tours for the last two years. It wasn't until the spring semester of her freshman year that she began working for the school paper. Her first year and a half she was on the staff as a writer. This year she has started as one of the two assistant editors.
